Your choices

You can use the website, read documents and view the stock chart without allowing the optional services below. Videos and the interactive VRIFY viewer remain unloaded until you allow their provider. Website analytics runs only after you allow it. The investor form is hosted by Scorpio and can be used without optional services. Accept all, reject optional services, or choose them individually. Closing the preferences window without saving does not grant consent.

Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice at any time. Your choice applies to this browser on this website and is remembered for 180 days. If browser storage is unavailable, it applies only to the current page.

Essential browser storage

We store your choice, the time it was saved and the notice version in a browser preference called scorpio_privacy_preferences. It contains no name or email address and is not used for advertising. We ask again when it expires or the consent notice changes.

On the password-protected preview, the scorpio_staging_access session cookie keeps you signed in. The dashboard also uses essential session and request-verification cookies for individual administrator accounts. Rejecting optional services does not remove your preview or dashboard access.

Optional services

When allowed and opened, these providers receive information needed to deliver their content, such as your IP address, browser information and activity within the feature. They may use cookies or similar technologies. Their own policies explain their processing, retention and privacy controls.

Stock chart, documents and hosting

The TradingView stock widget loads on Investors. TradingView states that its widgets do not set cookies; they receive the embedding page URL, widget type, symbol and IP address to provide and protect the service. See TradingView's widget privacy information.

Our hosting and file-delivery providers process connection information to deliver and protect the website. Opening an original document or image requests the file from Scorpio's existing document host. Fonts and the website's main images are served with the site. Optional website analytics records page views, document clicks, campaign attribution and a daily visitor estimate. It uses a daily hash of connection information without storing raw IP addresses or a persistent visitor ID in the analytics database. Raw website analytics events are retained for 90 days. Analytics is disabled on the password-protected preview. We do not use advertising trackers.

Investor updates and contact

If you submit the investor form, your details and consent record are stored in Scorpio Gold's internal contact database. You must confirm through the email we send before you receive investor updates. Email subscription consent is separate from website preferences. Our email delivery service processes your address and message to send confirmations and updates, and reports delivery, bounces and complaints. When enabled, email open and click reports provide estimates of engagement. Use the unsubscribe link in an investor email to stop updates. We retain suppression records to prevent accidental resubscription.

Changing or withdrawing your choice

Turning a service off stops it loading here and removes its open embed. Turning analytics off stops further optional measurement. Cookies and data held on a provider's own domain cannot be removed by this website. You can clear those using your browser settings and use the provider's privacy controls for further requests.

Your choice here does not control other websites you open through external links, and withdrawing website consent does not unsubscribe you from email updates.
