She specialize in providing accounting, financial and management consulting to venture companies listed on TSX-V, CSE, OTCBB and ASX. Over 20+ years in the industry, Andrea has significant experience in public company mergers & acquisitions, reverse take-overs, initial public offerings and CPC qualifying transactions.
